Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Orders of $40 or more ship free within the United States.
• Orders under $40 ship for a flat $4.95.
• We ship to U.S. addresses only for now, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and most arrive 7 to 12 business days after they ship. Tracking is emailed the moment an order leaves.
• Some frames ship directly from our supplier partners, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason.
• Email grantmp028@gmail.com with your order number and the frame you are returning. We reply within 2 business days with a return label for U.S. addresses.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
• For a different color or strength, place a new order and return the original. That gets the replacement to you fastest.

Damaged or wrong item

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at no cost, no return required in most cases.

1-year warranty

Every frame is covered for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. Email a photo and your order number and we will repair, replace or refund.
